Interview and questionnaire guide: Quantification of food losses and waste in primary production
This is the third and final report from the Nordic projects on side flows (“food waste”) in the primary production sector in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. It is a guide to questionnaires and interviews containing a library of questions that can be used in such studies, giving reasons behind most of the questions and advice on how to use them. It is intended to guide investigators of side flows in primary production of food to be as effective and precise as possible. The report complements the already published main report and the Technical Report.
